- 유연하여 기본 콘크리트와 함께 확장 및 수축
- 일반 우레탄 방수 계열과 달리 들뜸이나 크랙 발생율이 아주 적음
- 기공이 큰 콘크리트를 노출 시키면 UV와, 냉기, 수분 등으로 인한 부식을 방지시켜 줌

WP열팽창계수 : 0.03mm/(m x K)
